Since opening its doors in 2011, BOA has grown from one specialist academy into a family of three academies, supporting more than 2,000 learners across creative, digital, performing arts, production and technology pathways.

To mark the occasion, BOA Group has launched its new five-year strategy, Imagine Everything 2026–2031. The strategy outlines an ambitious vision for the future, centred on three key priorities: Educational Excellence, Skills and Employability, and Inclusion and Opportunity.

Building on the achievements of the past 15 years, the strategy reinforces BOA Group's commitment to providing exceptional opportunities for young people, strengthening industry partnerships and ensuring every learner is equipped with the skills, confidence and ambition to thrive.
