BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts Academy celebrates outstanding GCSE results

BOA Creative, Digital & Performing Arts Academy is celebrating another year of fantastic GCSE results, with students achieving an excellent set of results and continuing to demonstrate their commitment, hard work and ambition.

This year, 76% of students achieved 5 standard passes at GCSE which includes standard passes in both English and Mathematics. 55% of students achieved 5 strong passes at GCSE which includes strong passes in both English and Mathematics.

The results reflect the dedication of students throughout their time at BOA, alongside the commitment of teaching and professional staff who have supported them to achieve their full potential.

At BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts Academy, students aged 14–19 specialise in a creative pathway alongside their academic studies. Students can choose from Acting, Creative Media Production, Dance, Music, Musical Theatre and Visual Art Design.

Alongside their creative pathway, Key Stage 4 students study GCSEs in English Language, English Literature, Mathematics and Science, as well as two additional option subjects designed to broaden their horizons. These include subjects across the Humanities, Sciences, Languages and Arts.

BOA’s specialist environment provides students with access to industry-inspired facilities, practical technical training and real-world experiences, helping them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to progress into further education, employment and the creative industries.
