Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team

BOA Group are at the start of an exciting period of growth and development and are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and aspirational Executive Assistant to join the team at BOA Group, supporting the executive leadership team as they lead the organisation into the future.

Currently comprising of three academies – ‘BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts’ (opened in 2011), ‘BOA Stage and Screen Production Academy’ (opened in 2021) and ‘BOA Digital Technologies’ (opened in September 2022) – located in the centre of Birmingham and within the hub of the creative and digital industries in the West Midlands, we benefit from superb facilities for academic, vocational and extra-curricular activities.
THE ROLE:
BOA Group is seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team working alongside the wider staff and leaders to provide excellence across the Group. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy with regular travel to other BOA Group locations across central Birmingham as required.
The post holder will provide highly professional and wide-ranging operational support to ensure the smooth and effective management of the day to day running of the BOA Group. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and will be willing and able to take on a busy and challenging role at a senior level.
Previous personal assistant or executive assistant experience at a senior level in a large and multi-faceted organisation is vital. There is a genuine occupational requirement for the postholder to have a full driving licence and access to a car.
