Examinations Invigilator

We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations at BOA Creative, Digital and Performing Arts Academy.
Role Overview
Invigilators ensure exams are conducted fairly, securely, and in line with JCQ and centre regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Uphold examination regulations and centre procedures

Maintain security and confidentiality of exam materials

Prevent malpractice and minimise administrative errors

Support candidates to complete exams under correct conditions

Prepare exam rooms, ensure materials are secure, and assist with setup for subsequent exams

Admit and seat candidates, distribute papers, and give clear instructions

Supervise exams, remain vigilant, and maintain a calm environment

Record and report any incidents or irregularities

Collect, check, and securely return all exam papers

Be flexible to stay over if exams run late or unexpected issues arise
Requirements
No prior experience required – full training provided. Candidates should be reliable, calm, organised, and able to follow strict procedures. Good communication, basic IT skills, teamwork, and commitment to confidentiality are essential. Applicants must declare previous invigilation experience, confirm availability, and disclose any relevant sanctions.
